Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8–10 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with onions until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beans, water, tomato sauce, and seasoning. Simmer until thick.
- Mix in 1 cup cheddar until melted.
- Warm tortillas, fill, sprinkle cheese, and roll tightly.
Notes
- Swap beef for ground turkey or chicken if preferred.
