Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8–10 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with onions until browned.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add beans, water, tomato sauce, and seasoning. Simmer until thick.
  4. Mix in 1 cup cheddar until melted.
  5. Warm tortillas, fill, sprinkle cheese, and roll tightly.
